The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, an ‘aggrieved woman’ within the meaning of section 2(a)1 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as ‘POSH Act’), seeking the following prayers: “A.
