Present petition is filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India r/w the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 challenging the impugned award dated 23.03.2020 passed by the labour Court, Godhra in Reference (T) No.31 of 2004. 2. The facts of the case are that respondent No.1 was working with t
