The present application is filed by the applicant seeking regular bail in FIR No. 645/2023 dated 25.09.2023, registered at Police Station Binda Pur for offences under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (‘POCSO Act’). 2.
