The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking regular bail in FIR No. 205/2023 dated 22.08.2023, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, for the offences under Sections 20/22/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (‘NDPS Act’). 2. Briefly stated, it is alleged that on 21.08.2023, on the basis of secret information, the applicant was apprehended when he was travelling in a grey car towards Akhada, near Chaupal street. 3.
