The present appeals are now listed before this Court for consideration on the point of sentence. 3. The parties are present in person in Court today along with their learned counsel. They submit that the parties have resolved all the disputes and the appellant/complainant has also accepted the settlement amount of a sum of ₹10,00,000/- by cheque nos. 515135 dated 16.12.2025 and 515137 dated 18.12.2025 both drawn on Central Bank of Indian and for a sum of ₹5,00,000/- each. 4.
