Dr. Hooda, learned counsel for the petitioner, for the present, restricts his prayer to a disposal of this writ petition in terms of the order dated 27 May 2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) 7442/2025 1. In the said order, we had directed the writ petition to be treated as a representation and for the respondents to pass a detailed and speaking order, within a time fixed by the Court. 2.
