The present application is filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 1297/2021 dated 15.12.2021, registered at E-Police Station Patparganj Industrial Area, East District for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). 2.
