HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1. Heard. 2. We have perused the relief clause which is for correction of records and for recording the same as Banjar of the Gaon Sabha. 3. The counter affidavit speaks of proceedings under Section 31/32 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 having been initiated before the S.D.M. concerned based on the complaint filed by the petitioner which is still pending. 4. As proceedings for correction of records had already been initiated and the counter affidavit was filed in 2019, we see no reason to proceed any further and dispose of this petition with the observation/ direction that the said proceedings shall be taken to its logical conclusion unless there is any legal impediment and unless they have already been concluded, with expedition.
