The present petition has been registered as PIL under the direction of learned Single Judge in relation to mismanagement, chaos and serious lapses in providing basic amenities to the passengers/public at Allahabad Railway Junction. 2. The learned Single Judge, after taking suo motu cognizance of the fact situation, required the DRM to remain present before the Court and after interaction, certain further directions were issued. 2. Due to passage of time and the fact that the lapses/mismanagement, as noticed in the year 2013, have apparently been taken care of due to improved amenities at the Railway Station and use of information technology, we do not find any reason to continue with the present PIL.
