This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to get vacated encroached 27351 hectares forest area of State of U.P. as reported under Right to Information Act, 2005 ('Act') reply. 2. Submissions have been made that the petitioner sought information under the Act, which was supplied to him indicating the level of encroachment, based on which the petitioner has required the respondents to take action, which has not been taken and therefore, the present PIL has been filed. 3.
