The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Assistant Collector/ Tahsildar, Tahsil- Sikandarabad, District- Bulandshahr (respondent no.4) to decide the Case No.6022 of 2025, Computerized Case No.T202511170406022 (Gaon Sabha vs. Ajipal and Others) pending before him and ensure the ejectment on spot over the plot no.253 area 0.2400 hectare of Village- Hridaypur, Tahsil- Sikandarabad,, District- Bulandshahr, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private respondent is in illegal possession over the plot no.253. He further submitted tha
