This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking action against respondent nos.5 and 6. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that petitioner had filed Writ-C No.20270 of 2023 seeking decision on the representation, which was followed by Contempt Application No.3835 of 2024, which was disposed of on 27.05.2024. 3. It appears, pursuant to that, some inquiry was conducted wherein findings were recorded against respondent nos.5 and 6. The petitioner appears to have obtained a copy of the report submitted in the said inquiry, which was supplied to him under the Right to Information Act, 2005 on 24.09.2024, however, thereafter, apparently no steps were taken.
