This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to remove and restrain illegal encroachments and possession of the private respondents from Gata Nos. 536, 537, 535 and 531. 2. A perusal of the representation made by the petitioners dated 13.11.2025, at page 39 of the petition, indicates that in the opening sentence itself, it has been indicated that the land comprised in Gata Nos. 531, 535, 536 and 537 is recorded in the name of Jatav Kalyankari Samiti. The present petition itself has been filed in the name of Jatav Kalyan Samiti. 3.
