The instant Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.) has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no.7 and other encroachers to remove the illegal encroachment over the arazi nos. 503 Ka and 504 Ka recorded as Bheeta and Talab, in pursuance of the order dated 28.2.2022 passed by the Assistant Collector (1st class)/Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur in Case No.07518 of 2020 as early as possible." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the final order passed by the Tehsildar on 28.2.2022 for ejectment and damages against respondent
