This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to take action on the report of the Inquiry Officer dated 15.09.2025. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that there is no report dated 15.09.2025 on record. The report produced appears to be of the year 2022 and apparently, after passage of three years, as the elections are approaching, for the purpose other than public interest, the present petition has been filed, which cannot be countenanced. 3.
