This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner made application under Right to Information Act, 2005, seeking information from November, 2021 to December, 2024 on ten points and thereafter, when certain information was made available, he made allegations pertaining to each and every work undertaken by the Gaon Sabha. 3. Filing of the present petition, apparently is roving and fishing inquiry without enough particulars having been provided by the petitioner.
