This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of illegal encrochment made by respondent nos. 6 to 9 on Arazi no. 88 recorded as Gaddha situated at village Pikaura Shiv Gulam, Tappa Haveli, Pargana and Tehsil Basti Purab, District Basti. 2. Submissions have been made that the land adjacent to Arazi nos. 88 i.e. 172/1, though was purchased by respondent nos. 6 to 9, the house in question has been constructed on Arazi no. 88. Submissions have been made that despite submitting representation dated 19.07.2025, no action has been taken by the respondents and, therefore, they be directed to take action. 3.
