This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking to question the order dated 02.08.2025 (Annexure-1) passed by District Collector, Kushinagar whereby he came to the conclusion that the land comprised in Arazi No. 157 was appropriate for construction of the Panchayat Bhawan. 2. It appears from the indications made in the order that two groups, in the name of public interest, are fighting for getting the Panchayat Bhawan constructed at a particular place for which, from time to time, several writ petitions have been filed and orders have been passed by this Court. The last writ petition in the nature of public interest was filed as PIL No. 1861 of 2023 by petitioner himself, wherein a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order:- "This pe
