This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, a 19 years old young man, indicating his occupation as agriculture and disclosing in paragraph no. 6 of the petition that he is doing the agricultural activities upon his agricultural field and also involved in the profession of animal husbandry including cow raising. Claim has also been made that he is a public spirited person of the village espousing the cause of general public of the area for protecting public utility land, i.e. pond and has now decided to approach this Court to espouse the cause of general public of the village.
