The instant Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.) has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment from the plot in question which is recorded as nala (land of drain)" 3.
