The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following relief:- "(a). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent suthorities to remove the encroachment from Gata No.1624 by private respondents situated at village- Samthar, Ahivaranpura, Tehsil-Takha, District-Etawah which is a common pathway used by villagers." 4.
