The instant Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.) has been filed for the following reliefs:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to take action against private respondent nos. 6 to 30 as well as other encroachers, evicting from public ponds, namely Gata No.373 M, area 1.93 Hect. and Gata No.537-Kha, area 3.25 hect. along with public utility lands of village Baheri, Tehsil Sakaldiha, District Chandauli." 3.
