This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking direction from the respondents to take appropriate action according to the permission order dated 09.05.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur directing the respondents to permit the people for worship at Baba Sayyad Dargah and decide the application dated 08.10.2025. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that a Society in the name of Baba Sayyad Dargah Samiti has been formed and they were granted permission by the S.D.M. for some function on 20.05.2023 and 20.05.2024 vide Annexures 2 & 3 based on which enforcement thereof is being sought in the present petition, which is totally beyond comprehension as the permission was granted for one day in a ye
