Learned Standing Counsel indicates that the issue has been taken care of, wherein now the idols are being immersed at Andawa pond, Jhunsi and the said aspect has been considered in Yogendra Kumar Pandey and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and 7 others : PIL No. 1905 of 2024, decided on 03.10.2024. 3. In view of the above fact situation, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. (Kshitij Shailendra,J.)
