This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, a practicing lawyer, inter-alia seeking several reliefs, however, as to how the petition of present nature can at all be termed as a Public Interest Litigation, neither the same has been averred in the petition nor the counsel is in a position to explain on a query made by the Court. 2. One of the prayers pertains to seeking increase in number of Council members. Seeking such a prayer, without even questioning the validity of the relevant provision and impleading the relevant party, by itself indicates lack of any research and seriousness in filing of the petition seeking reliefs. 3. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed. (Kshi
