This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to take suitable action upon the complaint/representation dated 02.09.2024 moved by him. 2. On 14.10.2025 instructions were sought from the respondents wherein today instructions have been produced inter-alia indicating that under the Rules of 1997 pertaining to the Pramukh Kshetra Panchayat, the complaint has to be made to the State Government and as the complaint was made to the District Collector, he could not have undertaking the inquiry. Further submissions have been made that only because the comments were sought, the same does not indicate the jurisdiction as comments are regularly sought based on any complaint. 4.
