This petition was filed by the petitioners for taking appropriate action pursuant to the representation filed by the petitioners regarding illegal construction/encroachment initiated by respondents no. 5 to 10 at the land Arazi No. 408, which is a Gaddha and renumbered as Arazi No. 208. 2. A response was filed by the State, inter alia, indicating that the reliefs claimed in the writ petition have been fulfilled and Arazi No 408, which was a ditch (Gaddha), was vacated and stopped from encroachment by the respondents and they have been removed from the spot. 3. Further indications have been made that on receiving of the complaints, the respondents no. 3 and 4 immediately stopped the entrancement, which was being made by filling soil in the ditch. Based on the said submis
