This petition has been filed by the petitioners to stop illegal construction (shops) over the pathway and Nali from Shadipur Chauraha to Naseerpur (Nasirpur) Chauraha, Fatehpur. 2. When the petition came up before this Court, by order dated 25.09.2025, while granting time to the respondents to obtain instructions in the matter, respondents were restrained from continuing with the constructions under challenge in the present petition. 3.
