This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner for designating polling center at Primary Pathsala, Karanpur, Block Badraon, District Mau in place of Village Panchayat Karanpur, Block Badraon, District Mau for the purpose of Gram Panchayat election, within stipulated time. 2. Submissions have been made that the present polling center, is next to the house of the village Pradhan and the said village Pradhan and his wife are getting elected for the last twenty years by taking advantage of the location of the polling booth and, therefore, the polling booth be got shifted. 3. Making allegation of the present nature by indicating that on account of situs of the house of the village Pradhan and his wife, they are getting elected for the last twenty years, is questioning
