When the present petition came up before the Court, it was noticed that another writ petition bearing PIL No. 19582 of 2013, on the same subject matter, was pending in Court and respondent No. 7 was one of the respondents in the said petition and time was granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition or intervene in the pending writ petition, whereafter, no effort has been made by the petitioner in the present petition. 2. The PIL No. 19582 of 2013 has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 10.09.2025. 3.
