This petition was filed seeking direction to the respondents to stop the brick-kiln running in the territory of fruit belt of buffer zone. 2. Counter affidavit was filed, inter alia, indicating that the brick-kiln was not within the fruit belt, as claimed, whereafter, neither any rejoinder affidavit has been filed nor anyone is present on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
