When the petition came up before the Court for the first time on 03.04.2013, time was granted to file amendment application because the petitioner wanted to seek issuance of the writ in the nature of quo warranto by way of Public Interest Litigation. 2. Apparently, no such application has been filed and the petition has remained pending since 2013. 3. Looking to the conduct of the petitioner in the present petition, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
