Heard Sri Ved Prakash Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Gupta, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachments from land bearing Gata Nos.1063, 1068, 1108 and 1109 situated in Village Amva Molvi, Pargana and Tehsil Naanpara, District Bahraich. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided to the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel he has informed that the orders under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code have already been passed for removal of encroachments from the land bearing Gata Nos.1063 and 1068. The affected persons have filed appeal which are pending consideration.
