Heard Sri Manjeet Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Srivastava, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State, Sri Mohan Singh, the learned counsel for Gaon Sabha and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachments made by the opposite party no.5 on land bearing Gata Nos.669 and 671 measuring 0.045 hectare situated at Village Madarpur, Tehsil Sirauli, Gauspur, District Barabanki in furtherance of an order dated 10.11.2023 passed by Tehsildar Sirauli Gauspur, District Barabanki in Case No.698 of 2017 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Sajivan). 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sirauli, Gauspur, Barabanki the learned
