The petitioner has challenged the permission granted to the private opposite parties vide letter dated 10.11.2025 for organizing and managing Krishna and Shri Ram Leela Mela/Program from 01.12.2025 to 30.12.2025. 3. The petitioner along with the other villagers had also applied for permission for the same, therefore, this issue cannot be considered in a public interest litigation. The petitioner appears to be a person aggrieved, therefore, we dismiss this petition however with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh, if there is a cause as an aggrieved person. 4.
