Heard Sri Ashutosh Mishra, the learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Pankaj Srivastava, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in the nature of public interest litigation the petitioner has prayed for a direction for correction of records relating to the land recorded in Khata No.308 of 1360 Fasli situated in Village Dheusara, Tehsil Sadar, District Sultanpur and further to remove the encroachments made on the land. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State has informed that proceedings under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code for correction of the revenue records so as to record the land in dispute as pond are already pending.
