The said link road passes through Gata No. 630M. There is some suit pending in the court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sadar Pratapgarh at the behest of Rajesh Kumar and others bearing O.S. No. 877 of 2024 pertaining to Gata No. 630 Minjumla, wherein a temporary injunction has been granted on 09.05.2024 restraining the defendant(s) in the suit including the State of Uttar Pradesh from demoli
