Considering the provisions of law as per Ms. Akansha Dubey, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, three hospitals referred in the writ petition having a capacity of 20/10/10 beds are not covered for complying the restrictions for opening a liquor shop. 3. On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh seeking appropriate relief including challenging the vires of the aforesaid provisions of the Act, if necessary. 4.
