Whether a No Objection Certificate should be given or should not be given for the proposed petrol pump at Gata No. 611, Village Shikari Chaura, District- Shravasti is a matter purely within the domain of concerned Authorities and is regulated by Rules and Government Orders on the subject, therefore, we see no reason to entertain this PIL. 3.
