Apart from the above what we find is that grievance can be raised before the appropriate authority/ forum whether it be under the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and the Rules framed thereunder or otherwise under the criminal law. As regards relief nos.(d) and (e), petitioner, if there is a cause, can approach the concerned authorities making such request. 3.
