They want access and exit to or from the said expressway in Loop Location Chainage 376+378 over Ganga Expressway. They rely on a report of S.D.M., Bangarmau, District-Hardoi submitted to District Magistrate, Unnao. However, Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel says that this issue was raised in the Vidhan Sabha and was considered by Yachika Samiti in its meeting dated 17.07.2025 wherein it was informed that access and exit sought by the petitioners at the place where it is being sought is impermissible and not possible on account of security and other reasons, however, learned Standing Counsel is unable to inform the Court as to whether there is any other way out or such access etc can be provided at any o
