C.S.C. for the State based on instructions received from District Panchyat Raj Officer, Shrawasti that on account of a temporary injunction operating in a suit bearing no.969 of 2017 pending in the court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Shrawasti, the stretch over which the path was to be constructed has not been constructed. 3. Let District Panchyat Raj Officer, Shrawasti inform the petitioner in writing about the reasons for non-construction of the aforesaid stretch of road giving details of the suit and the suit property as far as possible within three weeks. 4.
