By means of the present petition filed in the public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on Gata No.612 area 0.0730 hectare sitauted at Village- Lauki Bhopatpur Chowki, Pargana- Nanpra, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Bahraich which is registered as Khalihan in the revenue record. 4.
