Heard. 2. The petitioner has certain complaints against Gram Pradhan-opposite party no.6 regarding certain irregularities/ alleged embezzlement of public funds in MNREGA Scheme. 3. There are procedures prescribed for acting upon such complaints. If proceedings are required to be initiated and are permissible under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 read with U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 then the complaint can be filed under the said Rule/ provision.
