By means of the instant petition filed in public , the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on land bearing Gata No.59 measuring 0.0200 hectare situated in Village- Katka Maraitha, Tehsil- Kaiserganj, District- Bahraich, which is recorded as submerged land. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Tehsil- Kaiserganj, District- Bahraich, the learned State Counsel has informed the Court that an order under Section 67 of U.P.
