Shri Ram Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that due to numerous defects in the petition including defective prayer and defective array of parties, he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition. Shri Hariom Singh, the learned State Counsel and Shri Pankaj Gupta, the learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
