By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties for removal of encroachment made on the land bearing Gata No.425 measuring 0.006 hectare situated in Village Narayanpur Mardan, Pargana Gwarich, Tehsil Colonelganj, District Gonda. 3.
