The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of certain defects that have crept in the petition, the petitioner does not want to press the present petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition. 3. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
