By means of the instant petition filed in the public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on the land bearing Gata No.423, situated at Village- Manikapur Kala, Pargana and Tehsil- Payagpur, District- Bahraich which is recorded as Khaad Gaddha in the revenue record. 3. On the basis of written instruction, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the order under Section 67 of UP Revenue Code has already been passed in this regard on 29.2.2024 and presently, an application for setting aside that ex-party order is pending. 4.
