By means of the present petition filed in the public interest, the petitioners have sought issuance of direction for removal of encroachment made on five lands, situated at Village- Bharkhari, Tehsil- Lambhua, District- Sultanpur. 3. On the basis of written instruction, learned Standing Counsel has informed that encroachment has been found only on one of the five lands bearing Gata No.176 measuring 0.076 hectares, registered as Rasta in the revenue record and the proceeding under Section 67 of UP Revenue Code has already been instituted for removal of encroachment over the said land. 4.
